A NEW AMBULANCE FROM ANPAS TO GSI ITALIA FOR THE CONGO

In 2018 GSI Italia sent a first ambulance donated by the Volunteer Rescue Association in Valle d’Ossola in Piedmont and today the start in the African country of a second ambulance, foreseen by the night-time rescue project for street children started in Kinshasa by GSI Italia two years ago and now entered its third year of activity and support from our Association to the two Congolese NGO partners, Aesd and Oseper.

This second ambulance has been made available by ANPAS and will be sent to Congo in the container we are preparing for shipment in the coming months. The embassy of the Order of Malta in Congo will be useful through the processing of customs clearance practices before the delivery to our partners.

The attention of Italian Healthcare Authorities, Pharmaceutical Industries and Volunteer Associations is confirmed for the activity of GSI Italia in the South of the World, with the assignment of capital goods, health facilities and means, a material wealth in which GSI Italia represents the connection between the generosity of donors and answers, even partial, to the needs of the poor in the lands of enormous wealth and extreme poverty.
