THE EMBASSY OF ITALY AND DKT INTERNATIONAL VISITED THE CENTER FOR STREET CHILDREN IN KINSHASA

On Friday 9 August, the Head of Mission of the Italian Embassy, ​​Luca Attanasio, his wife and the Country Representative of DKT International visited our multi-functional center for street children in Kinshasa and they discussed the possibility of funding some activities together with our local partners. DKT International is an organization that works in the field of health, in particular reproductive health and HIV/AIDS prevention.

The meeting took place informally with the commitment of the Italian Embassy to collaborate in the realization of the next national conference for street children that GSI intends to carry out by the end of 2019.

The interest shown by the guests went beyond the usual formalities and promises a personal attention to the GSI Italia project in favor of children by the guests and the institutions they represent.
