Transnational exchange for youth promoters of tolerance and inter-culturalism

From 10 to 15 May, GSI Italia participated in a training of young people from 5 European countries in Zagreb on the themes of active European citizenship and the promotion of intercultural processes in the participating countries.
A small group of Umbrian youth participated in the training, with Marta De Santis of GSI Italia staff.
The event in Zagreb is part of the two-year project “Global Education and Active Response”, approved at GSI Italia and 4 other Associations of Spain, Croatia, Slovenia and Macedonia, by the European Commission in 2016.
The contribution that GSI Italia is producing to the planning dynamics is important, due to the considerable experience that the Association has gained over twenty years of activity in Europe, author of two Regional Laws, on Cooperation and Youth, and co-founder of the European Civic Forum in Paris, in which it was Italian representative for 7 years, in Brussels.
